Privacy

Prism never joins a meeting. It records from your own device, only while a visible recording indicator is on. Recording laws vary by region, so tell people when you need to.
On Windows your recording goes through your own signed-in account to become a transcript and a write-up, and is discarded after. Prism keeps no copy on its servers. On a Mac it never leaves the machine at all.
Your notes live in your own workspace and you can delete any of them whenever you like. The account is optional and exists for one reason — keeping your own devices in step.
