On your iPhone it's a web app — open the link in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, and sign in with your Prism account. Photos you snap land in your notes on your computer, and your typed notes stay in sync.

Opening Prism the first time

Prism is a free app from outside the App Store, so macOS asks you to approve it once. It takes about ten seconds. On Windows, SmartScreen shows a similar warning — click More info → Run anyway.

Drag Prism to Applications

Open the downloaded Prism.dmg and drag the Prism icon into your Applications folder.

"Prism" can't be opened
Apple could not verify it is free of malware.

Click Done — don't trash it

The first open shows a warning. Just click Done. This is expected for free apps outside the App Store.

Privacy & Security
"Prism" was blocked to protect your Mac. Open Anyway
Step 3
Open Anyway, once

Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway. Prism opens normally from then on.
